I’ve been through Oklahoma City only one time. I didn’t spend much time there, but I’ve spent time in other southern cities, and their heart and love for one another is humbling and inspiring. Any time something tragic like this happens it’s impossible to come to terms with the why’s and how’s of the situation, no matter how hard we search or worry or think about it. I want to offer my condolences to all of those who have lost friends, family members, and pets in every single devastating tornado that tore through the South yesterday. I can’t even begin to imagine what it must feel like to lose everything but my heart is heavy knowing that so many have.
