Sam Hunt released his highly anticipated debut single “Leave The Night On” today to much excitement. The singer/songwriter has already seen massive success as a songwriter, with hits like Keith Urban’s “Cop Car” and Kenny Chesney’s “Come Over” rising up the charts and showering Hunt with even more attention. He took CMA Fest by storm, Rolling Stone Country even naming him one of the “Artists to Watch” in their official festival wrap up and even played the indie-rock festival Bonnaroo over the weekend. His debut single encompasses the fiery energy and feeling good attitude that’s littered throughout each of his songs, making for a weekend party track that will surely be blasting through the speakers of pop/country enthusiasts. While it boarders on sticky sweet pop crossover, it still has that sunny summer feel that artists like Jake Owen and Florida Georgia Line do so well, making certain it will climb its way up the radio charts in no time.
Sam Hunt will be on tour this fall with Kip Moore, for dates and more information, head on over to his official website.
