CMA Fest Rewind: Carrie Underwood’s Comeback Performance

CMA Fest Rewind: Carrie Underwood’s Comeback Performance

We’re just about a week away from the “CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock” airing Tuesday, Aug. 4 (8:0011:00 PM/ET) on ABC and hosted for the third time by reigning CMA Vocal Group of the Year Little Big Town.

Filmed during CMA Music Festival in June, the special features many of today’s most exciting Country Music stars, including Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Lee Brice, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church,Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line, Randy Houser,Sam Hunt, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Maddie & Tae, Kip Moore, Brad PaisleyRascal Flatts,Thomas Rhett, Darius Rucker, Cole Swindell, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Chris Young, and Zac Brown Band as they hit the stage during the four-day party and celebration of America’s music.

As I look back on this years event, one of the moments that stands out the most to me was Carrie Underwood returning to the CMA Fest stage after taking some time away to have her baby. It’s no surprise that I’m a huge Underwood fan, or that I pretty much started shaking and could almost not hold my camera straight when she took the stage. So, for me, it was one of the highlights of the entire festival. Check out some photo and youtube videos below.
