Every single week I feel like there are a million and one things to do in Nashville. With my calendar filling up by the day, I thought it might be fun to share some of the events I’m excited about attending. Whether you’re in Nashville or not, I hope you’ll check back to the site to see what’s going on, and hopefully join me if you’re ever in the area.
This week is jam packed with fundraisers, benefits, and just good ole fun to take part in. Break out of your living room, stay away from Netflix, and come enjoy some live music, food, and hey, even wine!
Aimed at supporting both 2nd Harvest Food Bank and female singer/songwriters, this benefit will bring together the best of the best in Nashville’s female songwriting circle to raise money and collected canned food. Not only do you get an evening of amazing music, but you get to walk away knowing you’re helping people throughout the Nashville area. The line-up is stellar, the cause is fantastic, and it’s a great way to step outside of the Whiskey Jam circus to do something new.
WHEN: Monday, August 10th @ 6PM
WHERE: Dan Mcguinness Irish Pub
PRICE: Admission is canned goods, or a generous cash donation which will go directly to Second Harvest.
