You may have noticed I went a little radio silent over the Holiday’s – which was completely on purpose. After the past year, I decided I needed some time to decompress and be with my family without worry about answering emails and writing posts. A focus on being present, if you will. That time to reflect gave me plenty of time to zone out listening to music (especially on the five hour flights back and forth), and realize the albums that made an impact on me over 2015. These kinds of lists are never easy, since I tend to fall in love with a million albums or songs at any given time, but it’s the truest representation of what I spent my 2015 listening to.
So, welcome back to the blog in 2016. I have some exciting things being cooked up and that I’m hoping to accomplish over the next year, but more importantly, I’m excited to see what the world of new music has in store. Until then, here are my top 10 albums of 2015!
