Jukebox Mixtape is about discovery. The discovery of new artists, new music, new venues, new styles, and new dreams. My aim is to inspire you to reach beyond what you see every day and find something beautiful or different. Whether it’s a new artist that I’ve recently heard or a new shop I just happen to wander into, I want to share the every day things that keep me searching, experimenting and listening.
While JM is primarily a music blog that focuses on artists on a verge, it’s also little pieces of my journey as I explore the world. I’m a California girl, but a City Rat, with deeply southern roots that go back generations. Needless to say, I’ve never belonged any one place, and I see that as an opportunity to experience a little bit everything. Join me as I wander through the beaches of Los Angeles, the venues of Nashville, the streets of New York City — and wherever else I’m inspired to go.
If you’re a fan of music, beauty, fashion, wanderlust, and indivuduality… then my only wish is that you find a little bit of yourself on these pages. Never stop dreaming. Never stop searching.
